Confucius Institute Scholarship - Changchun University of Science and Technology Program is a full scholarship established by Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban (hereinafter referred to as Hanban) to support Changchun University of Science and Technology to recruit outstanding international students, scholars and Chinese language teachers for studying Chinese in China.
